[so:warn] [pid 27309] AH01574: module dav_module is already loaded, skipping
edit /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/dav.load and make the content:

LoadModule dav_module /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_dav.so
</IfModule>
In my case it was loaded twice because of mod_dav_svn | | 2017-05-06
